You can delete your GlowGal account at any time directly within the app.

To permanently delete your account:

1. Open the GlowGal app
2. Navigate to Profile  (your profile picture/ icon on top right next to "sign out")
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Type DELETE to confirm

Deletion is processed immediately after confirmation and cannot be undone.

When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed:

• Your profile and personal data
• Journal entries
• Community posts and comments
• Access to all courses and content

Deleting your account will cancel any active subscriptions and prevent future billing.

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your device settings.

Some information, such as payment and transaction records, may be retained as required for legal, tax, or financial compliance.
