In no event shall GlowGal’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowGal Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of content

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

You waive the right to:

• Participate in a class action lawsuit
• Have disputes resolved by a jury trial

Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
